The family beaches sheltered by Bonne Anse bay are ideal for bathing and the practice of sailing sports. At the foot of la Coubre lighthouse, a fine sandy beach of 20 km long, La Côte Sauvage stretches along the forest. Facing the Ocean, it’s heaven for the surf lovers, people who enjoy more strenuous bathing or the discreet charms of naturism.

3 life guarded beaches on the Côte Sauvage (from the 1st of July to the 31 st of August)
La Coubre lighthouse, at La Bouverie and at La Pointe Espagnole .

1 life guarded beach at les Pins de Cordouan (next to the Club Med)

1 life guarded beach at the Clapet Beach.

Naturist zones are situated on La Grande Côte and the Côte Sauvage.
Naturism is prohibited on the dunes and in the forest.

On the Grande Côte : a beach , 800m long between la Lède and les Combots.
Access D 25 or cycling path then path 12 and at G wind break FFN.

Dogs and horses are forbidden on the beach, allowed only between the path of the Corsaires and La Coubre lighthouse.
